John Grayston was quoted in an article by leading Brussels publication, POLITICO, on the issue of EU Sanctions and the implications for those wishing to challenge such decisions.
In the article John cautions those who feel that the key route to contesting such “political” measures is through lobbying activities. John’s wide experience in contesting sanction measures leads him to conclude that lobbying activities function best when used as a wider strategy to review the legality of such decisions.
