Sessions will address:
- the practical advantages of interpreting the EU customs law in the context of EU law;
- the impact on the "Made in…" country of origin indication of the new non-preferential origin determination criteria;
- the changes in the customs valuation regulation rules in relation with royalties and transfer pricing.
