University of Oslo Hosts Guest Lectures at the Institutes for Sea Law and European Union Law

University of Oslo on 24-27 November 2015 hosted guest lectures at the institutes for Sea Law and European Union Law.

Peter Gjortler spoke on the application of the Law of the sea by the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as the judicial practice of the Court in relation to EU sanctions.
